Levels of Support
Founding Partners
Scientific societies whose missions have a strong foundation in laser science and technologies and contribute financial and/or "in kind" contribution of $100,000 to $300,000. These organizations are represented on the Technical Advisory Committee as well as being recognized as Diamond Sponsors. Their logos are prominently displayed on the LaserFest Website.
Partners
Institutions or corporations that promote and support the 50th anniversary of the laser through self-hosted programs and initiatives (museums, societies, universities, etc.). Their logos are displayed on the LaserFest Website.
Sponsors
Institutions, corporations or individuals who contribute financial support to LaserFest programs and initiatives. All LaserFest sponsors will be offered appropriate recognition on the LaserFest Website including their logo and in other LaserFest promotion materials. Donations to LaserFest are tax deductible. All donations are administered through the American Physical Society, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
- Diamond Sponsor: $50,000 and above
- Platinum Sponsor: $20,000 - $49,999
- Gold Sponsor: $10,000 - $19,999
- Silver Sponsor: $5,000 - $9,999
- Bronze Sponsor: $2,500 - $4,999
- Friend: up to $2,499
Media Partners
Media outlets that support and help promote LaserFest by contributing complimentary LaserFest program ads in print and online publications. Their logos are displayed on the LaserFest Website.
Participants
Individuals and organizations who actively promote LaserFest in such activities as their technical talks, e-mail signatures and champion their organizations' efforts to promote LaserFest as well as adding the LaserFest logo to their Web sites, newsletters, and products. Individual and organization names will be listed on the LaserFest Web site.
Patrons
Individuals who volunteer significant portions of their time to LaserFest related activities such as Technical Advisory Committee members. Individuals will be listed on the LaserFest Web site.
